The staff at Hodders exceeded our expectations, they were so knowledgable and efficient and their can-do attitude really stood out. We received an offer within a week following a three month listing with another local agent and couldn’t believe it! We were regularly kept ...

Incompetent Shambles, I wouldn't let these people run a bath. My daughter found a third share for her Uni accommodation. This agent took so long and made so many errors that the new tenant had to find alternative housing. The agent sends Document after document ...

Highly recommended - I found the service to go above and beyond from start to finish. Always thinking about what was best for me through the process and really greasing the wheels once the sale was made - despite major interruptions caused by the virus. ...

My advice when you make an offer that is accepted is to confirm that it’s taken off the market which you then swiftly follow up with a survey to expedite the process. If you don’t do that the seller will keep it on the market - Also noting that the agent acts on the sellers instructions. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have tried to understand my concerns instead of brushing them off and refusing to clarify matters for me. They could also have given me the simple respect of answering my emails within an acceptable time limit without me having to constantly follow up with them.
