I have had a property managed by HH for 5 years + now and although there have been several problems (relatively minor) HH have always pulled out the stops, to the satisfaction of both the tenant and landlord. The fees seem to be in line with market norms and we feel we have had good value for money since it provides a level of insurance we would not have if we managed the property ourselves.

We sold our house last year through hicks Hadley. The valuation given was a realistic, yet competitive price, and the agent was very positive about being able to sell our home.Once we confirmed we would like to work with them our sale board and rightmove ad was up within 4 days! Hicks Hadley remained in contact with us on a regular basis and helped us negotiate viewing times from prospective buyers. Our house sold within 3 weeks without any issues. Their help and support was second to non and their commission was far better than other agents in the area. If you want service from a reliable, friendly company then you should sell with hicks Hadley.

I used Hicks Hadley to help find me a tenant and manage my dealings etc. i found all the staff friendly and approachable with clear information and instructions on how to let out my property.As a novice to this; the team helped and advised me throughout.Pat Hadley and Helen Smith ,who i dealt with the most alongside Carl Page was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble.Only been with them a short time but hopefully the good service will continue and i can't see why it shouldn't. would recommend!

I recently moved from my rented accomodation in Halesowen to an address in Bromsgrove, in my haste I left some items behind at my old house in Halesowen. After contacting Hick's, I asked if they could possibly save the items I had left so that I could pick them up from them at a later date. Despite the fact that this is not normal practice and further considering they have no room to store the items, I happily collected 3 bin bags of items from there Halesowen office. I was thrilled to bit's and can only thank the staff for going above and beyond what was required. If you need a focussed and helpful letting's agent then look no further than Hick's!
