I was very happy with the initial consultation and quotation by Sue Evans. Her estimate turned out to be pretty accurate. I had to do a little chasing up of her team after a few weeks when things seemed to have quietened down, but they always responded well and promptly and were good about returning phone calls. Some delays in the latter stages were unforeseen, and no fault of Hicks Hadley, who did what they could to keep things moving along. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Hicks Hadley.

Hicks Hadley have done a fantastic job in selling my property. Viewings had to be carried out whilst I had tenants in the property. Hicks Hadley have done a fantastic job in selling my property.
Viewings had to be carried out whilst I had tenants in the property. Hicks Hadley organized timings with the tenants and made sure that the estate agent themselves carried out viewings. I was informed every time a viewing took place. Hassle free for me and most importantly they got plenty of potential buyers through the front door. In the end selling my house in fairly quick time.
Great communication by Sue Evans and Jon Preston keeping me well informed throughout.

Sue came to visit and from the start I really liked her.
She gave me the exact facts and everything happened as she said it would. As a woman selling on her own I found Sue a great help and I felt that I was talking to a friend and not just an agent.
