Comment on agent fees
He charged us a fee for filing the possesion order of our property to the courts. We did not see any document with the fee printed on it for this service - we were told by word of mouth. We have no idea if we were charged over or under. We are necessarily saying that we have been overcharged or undercharged.

I agree completely I would never refer this agency to any friend. Poor customer service . People are not helpful they raise their voices to costumer over the phone. Management is so rude are other staff,. Therefore, we can't ask much from employees..Long process , technology that is backwards for someone who does not have computer. They assume you know everything. A BIG NO NO! ...
