We have sold 3 homes with Haybrooks in recent years for ourselves and family members. Whilst not the cheapest we feel the extra is worthwhile as they have secured buyers quickly in each case. We have sold 3 homes with Haybrooks in recent years for ourselves and family members. Whilst not the cheapest we feel the extra is worthwhile as they have secured buyers quickly in each case. The quality of service has also been excellent, keeping us well informed and giving honest advice on the best level to pitch the price at to ensure a successful sale. We would certainly recommend Haybrooks to others looking to sell in Rotherham.

Its a pity i can't name everyone i came into contact with because they where all pleasant and very professional but as i can only name two, i must name the two i came into contact with the most, up first is Jamie, she did a wonderful job keeping me informed and up to date with all that was happening re my house sale, considering i was in India for two months at the time that was not a bad effort and all done with a lovely cheery voice. Next up is Lisa who did a top job showing prospective buyers round my house while i was away, her little sprinkle of fairy dust must have done the trick!! A team effort, much appreciated and a big thank you to you all from Alan and Mary.

We had a valuation done at the end of September 2014 on our 3 bedroomed semi detached. Haybrook (Rotherham)suggested an asking price of £130K to £135 (range) we had also had 3 other valuations undertaken whom all were in this region. Haybrook hounded us for a couple of weeks to sign up but eventually we signed up with an internet estate agents in Sheffield. However we decided to try to part exchange our property for a Strata one. Strata used Haybrook and Reeds Rains for their "valuation." The Strata manager showed me the figures from Haybrook who had said the house was only worth £115k! I questioned this as it had only been 4 weeks since their other "valuation." I was informed that apparently Haybrook admitted that most of the "big" estate agents will value your home at whatever they believe you want to hear as they are commission based. Interestingly we had put in an offer on a 4 bed detached which was under Haybrook a couple of weeks earlier and I feel that they were using underhand tactics to stop us part ex as they would then lose their sale. Ultimately we have not been ripped off with the part ex deal and certainly wont be buying a house for sale with Haybrook.... there should be laws in place to protect sellers against this type of underhand tactics. Sellers beware!!!
