Thank you for your comments. As you have put very few details it is difficult for me to comment on your individual problem with damp. However regarding the return of the deposit, any deductions are fully detailed to you and agreed prior to the return of the deposit, in line with the relevant deposit scheme. Thank you for your comments. It is at Landlord discretion whether to use the management service offered by the Agent. In this case the Landlord has local maintenance people and this has worked successfully since we took the property on our books in 2005. Regarding the heating, this runs on a centralised boiler in the block so the problem was not as simple as you would expect with an individual boiler etc. It was only when it transpired that there were ongoing problems with the heating (that th ...
