Can't fault them. Bought a run-down place in Mapperley and spent about £10k making it good. Had a few agents round some ignored the £10k I'd spent making it a lovely place and insisted on a rental based only on the average for the locality. ...

We save with The Nottingham so we got a full managed @ 8%. Their setup fee was a bit OTT but given the great rental on a long lease they got I can't complain.
