What agent could do to change your mind?
I don't know whether some of the issues are due the move to Notts Building Society or not and they need to sort out the teething problems. But even before that there were many shortcomings. I think overall there needs to be more coordination between branches and head office.

Much Better now??? Really? So far I am not at all impressed with the Northampton branch, East Hunsbury branch to be more specific. If you guy's don't pull your finger out soon, I will be delighted to put my experience on here. ...
