Comment on agent fees
Marketing Fees were not finalised in advance. Also all fees are plus VAT. Whereas other agencies include VAT in their fees. Something to think about.

Mr & Mrs Barclay, I am very sorry you feel that because you have been unsuccessful in claiming our landlord insurance from damage done to your property back in December and consequently you having fallen out with our landlord that you feel the need to take this out on Happy Lets even although during these times we were more than helpful to you when you are not our client.. However, we cannot seem to locate your details with the name and post code you have provided (in the Glasgow or Hamilton branch). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
