no we do not make up phantom offers in any way whatsoever , and we valued the house at current market condtions, someone agreed to purchase the property at that price, it was down valued by the surveyor for the mortgage company , if it had been a cash buyer this vendor would of been singing our praises , but i understand the dissapointment felt after the surveyor downvalued it , had it been a different surveyor the outcome could well of been different , and we dont lie to get you to go higher , ...
