This branch charged us a fee that THEIR bank charged THEM to receive our funds for rent. This fee was NOT in the contract and was NOT agreed upon. We paid many months worth of rent up front - thousands of GBP... and still they wouldn't pay their own bank fee? So unprofessional and unethical.... Read Full Review
