DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your deposit! I have spoken to a few friends now who have also had this problem. One of them faught for a year befor they got it back. They are currently trying to take ours even though the place is 10 times cleaner than when we moved in! They just want ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
We will go to court to get our money back!

They are currently trying to take ours even though the place is 10 times cleaner than when we moved in! They just want to make commission from their cleaners!
Please please please do not use them!

Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with in 9 years of renting!!!! DO NOT USE HAMPTONS.... (useless you want to be screwed for every penny and treated like s**t!!!) Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with in 9 years of renting!!!! DO NOT USE HAMPTONS.... (useless you want to be screwed for every penny and treated like s**t!!!) Their customer service is appauling. Their staff were rude, abnoxious, awful to get hold of, didn't sort anything out. They screwed us for every penny they could since day one, including rediculous 'admin' fees, topped off with wanting to keep our WHOLE deposit (very unjustified considering the house was in no worse state than when we moved in!!!). Their staff were so rude I wish I had never bothered at all, their respect for fellow human beings was disgusting!

If I could give this agency minus stars I would! Useless and absolute rip off merchants! We paid over £300 for a professional clean, which they were not happy with. Our cleaners offered to go back for free, but they said no! They are now trying to charge us £250 for oven clean and skirting... Read Full Review

Terrible customer service and complete rip off merchants! I cannot discribe in words how utterly utterly furiously dissapointed I am in this company. I hope in the current climate you go in to liquidation! It makes me wonder how your employees sleep at night!

Useless and absolute rip off merchants! We paid over £300 for a professional clean, which they were not happy with. Our cleaners offered to go back for free, but they said no! They are now trying to charge us £250 for oven clean and skirting boards!
They also said loads of items were missing, but when their (obviously blind or stupid) inventory clerk went back they had magically appeared!
Stay away from this agency on all accounts! They will rip you off!
