Hamptons have always responded immediately when we have had a problem. our contact, Diane Skeer, has always been very friendly and concerned that we have no problems with the property we rent. When we had a problem with our heating even though it was out of office hours a repair was arranged... Read Full Review

Hamptons have always responded immediately when we have had a problem. our contact, Diane Skeer, has always been very friendly and concerned that we have no problems with the property we rent. When we had a problem with our heating even though it was out of office hours a repair was arranged promptly so we were not inconvenienced in the slightest .

I have used Hamptons for letting and managing a residential property for the past 5 years. They have always been professional and efficient. They provide an excellent and timely management service. I have been with Hamptons now for about 8 years and although being an absent landlord has its downsides, in that it's harder to control costs for maintenance, I have never really had anything to complain about and if there was anything Hamptons have always done their best to rectify the situation....
