Extremely disappointed by the service. After a recommendation from a friend, we had regular contact with Malte Lau. Unfortunately his own interests came before that of his customers. I had the TERRIBLE experience of having to deal with the incompetent letting staff at the Kingston Upon Thames branch of this organisation.
