I asked Haart in Taunton to value my property with a view to selling. It was valued but no photos taken. I did however sign a contract but did not think it was a sole agency as I had just been with an estate agent and was not clear of the two week tied in period. I then decided not to sell at that time as I had tried another agent and got no viewings so was dispondent. I sent an e-mail cancelling my contract. Haart in taunton have no morals or principals in my view. They have no respect and are very rude! We are renting a flat through their company. It has really bad black mould an inch thick off of the walls! Including in my 6 months old sons bedroom! It resulted in my son being hospitalised and haart did not care! They left us to live in these conditions and kept saying we'll be back in touch each time but never did!!!!! My son got extremely ill by there neglect for us. Would never recommended even...

Exceptional service from an exceptional member of staff. I put the sale of the property down to the perseverance, interest and professionalism of Will H. I honestly felt as though he was invested in the sale of the property and my trust in him led to me agreeing (reluctantly!) to an Open House which led to the sale of the property. He kept in touch at all times with constant feedback, and no estate agent could have done more....

This is my first time property hunting, but I know bad service when I see it and quite frankly the way Haart have treated me and my partner, I will never use them again. I called the Haart office in Taunton several weeks back now to view some flats to let. What agent could do to change your mind?
Haart could have treated us with a little decent respect and acted as though they actually wanted our custom. They should have a communal diary, so that everyone can see who is viewing what when. They should keep a tight record of their customers details. And they should keep each others phone numbers and keep their phones. They should be more polite and focus more on their customer service. They should be more prepared and more organised. And overall more professional.

At first this estate agents were helpful and friendly... Then the cracks started to show... Starting with the Agents not being able to give us a second veiwing of the property in which we had agreed to rent with... 3 weeks it too us and the second viewing that we had was the day before our move in date... so moving day all fine and cheery then.. as soon as they get the money... they dont want to know... the property has bad damp, smells and was absolutely filthy!
