I\'ve rented my property out for a long time and recently Haart have been managing. They are the worst agent we\'ve ever had. They don\'t carry out instructions and never respond to emails etc. Think they\'ve moved the lettings business for south woodford to their Chelmsford branch and they are not interested. The whole system doesn\'t work. Avoid at all costs....

Just responding in a timely manner and actually doing what they have been paid to do.

I did and I've now emailed you 8 times along with your staff and not one of you have responded. Like everyone else on here you leave me no choice but to report you to the ombudsman. Worst agents ever.....

An overall appalling service from this branch of Haart. We put in an offer for a beautiful flat. We did have a bit of a slow start to kicking off the process but once we got started, we were keen to move in. Constantly we were nagged on a weekly basis from the agent with regards to our progress, if they couldn\'t get through to us, then they would badger my solicitor. Yet they refused to provide us with details that we required to get the ball rolling until we sent them a mortgage agreement!...

I was in a rented property managed by Haart for 2 years, at first, when managed by local branches all was great, then Haart moved to the property management centre in Colchester and thats when it all went downhill. problems never fixed or took ages to fix, numerous unreturned phone calls. I gave six weeks notice that I wasn\'t going to renew tenancy, but I had to ring up everyday for 7 days to get a checkout appointment agreed. 11 days after moving out and probably 20 phone calls I\'m still wait...

Hopeless! They approached me trying to get me to leave a more reliable agent. Their fees are very high and BEWARE the small print. They charge you £180 whether they sell the property or not. They managed to get just one viewing in 4 months. My other agent managed 6 viewings. Their standard of english in their adverts is terrible. Overall a thouroughly useless and reprehensible agent that borders on dishonest. As you will read many other people have formed that same view....
