They sold our house and after 10 weeks the buyer dropped out.Haarts knew our uyer waslooking at other properties but didnt send any other clients round.After our 10 week contract was finished with Haarts we cancelled and had to give them two weeks notice.Which ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Why pay one and half percent when an on line agent can do it much cheaper ie: half a percent and advertise on Zoopls which Haarts do not

What agent could do to change your mind?
Have some common sense. Communicate between branches. Not send you a list of every property on their books which is for sale under ‚£240k when you specifically ask for HOUSES WITH PARKING.
