Why pay one and half percent when an on line agent can do it much cheaper ie: half a percent and advertise on Zoopls which Haarts do not

What agent could do to change your mind?
Have some common sense. Communicate between branches. Not send you a list of every property on their books which is for sale under ‚£240k when you specifically ask for HOUSES WITH PARKING.
