What agent could do to change your mind?
Make it clear that Mark wouldn't be dealing with the sale of our house Contact us on a regular basis with updates and build relationship/trust with us Communicate over the phone in a more proffessional and friendly manner Give us feedbacks following viewings without us having to chase them Show us that the agency was proactive in trying to sell our house
