I rented a property through Haart and when it came to getting the deposit back they didn't want to know. They never once pro-actively contacted me and everytime contacted them for updates which I felt forced to do regularly via email and telephone, I only ever received generic and non-committal responses with various excuses as to why the process was taking so long (i.e. it took 4 weeks apparently for head office to contact my local branch for information of my contract). Where to start! We had our tenants in our property for 3 yrs, they have moved abroad. We have now got a new agent & new tenant. Our previous tenant left the property early & told us & agents that they were abroad & therefore the inspection could be carried out. Haart refused to go into the property & lied to us, they kept saying an inspection had been done when it hadn\'t. Unfortunately we couldn't find any customer reviews on this agency before appointing HAART to deal with the sale of our house. Our experience with this agency was very poor and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We chose HAART because we liked Mark's professional approach, his selling skills and experience. What agent could do to change your mind?
Make it clear that Mark wouldn\'t be dealing with the sale of our house Contact us on a regular basis with updates and build relationship/trust with us Communicate over the phone in a more proffessional and friendly manner Give us feedbacks following viewings without us having to chase them Show us that the agency was proactive in trying to sell our house
