I would definitley recommend using their services again in the future. George Thomas, Jack and his team are very proactive. They went above and beyond to assist me with numerous issues including finding a new tenant (within a couple of days) and putting me in touch with a builder to carry out works. There are a lot of below average agents in the MK area and its refreshing to come across a team that's straight forward, enthusiastic and attentitive....

I would definitely advise anyone wishing to let a property to AVOID Haart at all costs. They are terrible to deal with and have so many different people and departments to speak to who just fob you off and tell you different things. I have lost almost £3,000 in rent arrears and have had to pay over £1500 to get my property back into a lettable state. I put my house up for sale with Haarts estate agents. I dealt with one person in particular, Kelita Bailey. She was very, very good. Extremely good at maintaining communication with all parties concerned. And when matters became difficult and one of the buyers in the chain became elusive, she just kept on trying to clear up matters for all concerned! I had a very good experience with Haart. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. All I can say is that they are great with what they do. They answered all my queries from my first point of contact through to moving in and even after the move. I realized their phone sometimes it goes through to the head office if they are busy but if you leave a message, they always ring you back. I left the property last august 29 2014 which was sold to new owner with chinese name last June 2, 2014. So I finished my contract for a year as stated. What agent could do to change your mind?
Yes as an agent they should cater to needs of their customers regardless of status. I felt the discrimination and this is not fair.

Me and my partner are first time buyers in Milton Keynes. We have been stood up for three property viewings in Milton Keynes. Not only this but we confirmed a time to view one of these abs days later received a confirmation text with a completely different time! same here...very disappointed in them ( Milton keynes branch) They never returned our calls, promised to call back what never happened, we had to chase them many times before we got someone to talk to... What's more, once we found the right flat we said we are happy to make an offer but only willing to pay the reduced premium ( 1000 off the original premium price because the bathroom was a shower room as the previous occupier was disabled...anyways... we wanted to spend the money we save on t....

The whole experience with Haart has been absolutely awful. They don\'t listen to their customers and they lie about the advertising. Here\'s my many complaints about the company. Don\'t pay the the extra for big advertisement in the paper as they told us that you will get a big advertisement each week which we complained after repeatedly seeing them putting tiny advertisements in the citizen. I placed my property on the market with Haart in November 2010 as a multi vendor. It was just down to appointment times that Taylors had been my first port of call and the property was already on the market with them when the representative from Haart came to visit. I found his reponse to this news very unproffesional, bad mouthing the other company and basically making me look to be an idiot for signing up with them too! the guys at top are just as bad. we complained to them and they said they were satified with behaviour of their agent i.e. contract fielding, withholding of vital information, lying, threats you name and the people at the top are ok with that. shocking!....

We engaged this agent to rent out our property. When we engaged them, we negotiated and agreed their fees and told them that we had to use our own referencing company to obtain rental guarantee insurance from a certain company. They agreed to use our referencing company but when they found a tenant, they refused to use our company. I guess this in why the lettings business is not best served by a large one size fits all approach - They are very good at getting your business - this is the least important area of the letting business - the aftercare and managment is!....
