Great service on house sale. Having been into several local agencies, I took a dual agency approach with Haart & one other. Haart had clients at the property within a day, the other agent appeared to take almost 2 weeks to start work. Heart seem a little 'pushy / salesy', but they get the job done. Wehad been trying to sell our house for 18 months with no luck. We moved to Haart, our third agent, and the difference in attitude and activity was immediate. Haart are always contactable, always friendly and helpful and they got straight on it. They had a dedicated guy, Douglas, who was always available to do viewings. Not applicable as private offer came through from a non estate agent route however HAART were excellent in their promotions of our property irrespective the sale went private not through any agent.

The Lincoln marketing team that signed us up promised so much but the branch failed to deliver. The mistakes made in respect of property details were prolific and sometimes atrocious. The communication was dire and viewings few and far between. With no sale, the only course of action they advised was to lower price when it was never given as a reason for failing to sell. I was gazumped Haart showed me a property I really liked and I decided to make an offer there and then. Haart's agent showing me around encouraged me to increase my offer to make it a "done deal", which I did. I verbally made the offer to the vendor with Haart's agent present. My offer was accepted. I was asked to go to Haart's office to present ID etc. No sooner had I done so that I found out I was gazumped, a higher offer had been accepted after mine had been accepted. Haart al...

When moving into our house there had been no attempt to clean since the last tenant. There was a flea infestation and inch thick cat hair covering the property. Getting this first problem solved has been the same as all problems since. In order to get heart to correct a maintenance issue you should expect to have to ring on at least 3 separate occasions and never get a call back when you have been told many times that you will. DO NOT USE HAART IN LINCOLN. I stupidly trusted these sharks to \'manage\' my property. Big mistake. I dont think this agent would know the word management if it bit them on the behind.
