absolutely disgusting agents. have no sense of respect or any sort of aim towards maintaining customer service. phoned them several times , most of the time being told i have been put through to head office or support, despite phoning ilford branch. asked about two properties within the 190 k range and was told both only had 61 year lease despite one being a help to buy and labelled as a potential buy to let investment. don't know why i was handled crudely but clearly i was an idiot thinking i c...

haart has failed as agents in every way they have put people in my house that from day one was wrong and was scamming me £3000 in unpaid money and i have been fcced to spend over £3000 in repairs and i cant even get them out its a joke and haart have nothing to say or do useless or scammers i am not sure...

I found that Haart staff are very help full and polite to deal with the customer, also very hard working to show the property to the customers. I would highly recommend the HAAR company for sale and buy the property....

I had so many problems with the Haart Ilford branch! Right from signing the tenancy agreement to moving out they were a big headache. First of all they kept making mistakes on the forms which made the process even longer. Then finally when I actually moved into the property it was very dirty, they claimed they had got it cleaned but it seems to me that they live in a pig sty if thats what they call Β’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ…β€œcleanΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ‚Β. I sold my house in 57 days with Haart of Ilford. I called in Haart on the 17th April and spoke to Asha. Myself and my son sat down with Asha and explained that we wanted a quick and stress free sale transaction. The sale was completed on 13th June. How did this happen?
