I would never use this estate agent again as fees are extortionate and service is very poor. Do not investigate problems you have reported even if it affects your health. Very bad service....

i was shown some clients for my property. i had an offer, but initially Haart had my rent per month wrong on their website. my initial dealings were with Mohsen ali, known as MO, who was polite and listening to my requirements on our first meeting. Very bad experience with the agents. Started off by delaying the move in date and pressurising to contact the home let and putting the fault on us. I am not sure why they charged £500 as fee. The nightmare carried on as the contract was emailed after 4 months of continuos ringing and emailing. The problem continue as I asked her a week ago to send the details about 6 months breaking clause? Still no answer? I definitely don't recommend them. Terrible !!!...

The agent market strategy was totally wrong. The sales people selling the property were like blank canvas knew nothing of the area and unable to hold conversation with the viewers at open houses. Peter Was full of rubbish trying the gift of the gab every time we spoke!...

Most unhelpful. At first it was almost impossible to hear the person due to the loud music playing in the background, had to ask three times for it to be turned down before it was (reluctantly). Then the person refused to say if the property was still available until I had given my contact details (for the purpose of sending Junk mail and spam). This is an estate agent?????...

The letting team are incredibly rude , unhelpful and liars to the point that they could be classified as crooks!!! They delayed most of the application delayed the payment of the first month rent which got me into a bad start with the landlord! They love to shout and degrade people I regret renting through them and would never ever use them again!!!!...

Hi, I rented a property with Haart in Feb 2012. They gave me the property totally trashed. It didnt have water, bathroom didnt have a door, the carpets smelled like dead rats, the lights didnt work, all the wirings were exposed, the windows and curtains were covered in mould, the stove didn\'t work. I had to pay to rent at two places simultaneously since I couldnt live here. Haart have just ignored all my calls so far to get anything fixed. They however do not have any shame in charging me r...

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) The agent could have made maintenance fixes once on 3 months at least. 2) They should have only given the keys to the property making sure it had water, doors, wirings done properly 3) They should have let the tenant know that the contract has been renewed even though they said it was 4) Its just cheap to ask someone to leave and then make them stay back to pay rent for 2 months.

DO NOT ever think to rent from this agent!! This is the worst business organization you can come across as "estate agents"! They are all smiles untill you sign the deposit agreement after they can\'t care less. On the top of that, they changed the rent price (+£100) agreed before, at 3 day from the moving day. I own a flat in a small block for which the owners have formed a Right To Manage company. Haart were appointed by a mortgage company to resell one of the flats that had been repossessed. Without asking permission they banged one of their 'For Sale' signs into the front garden wall. The nails caused the faces of a couple of bricks to come away. Annoying, but very minor. I already contacted you and the reply i got to from the area director was that he was happy with the level of service provided although the contract was manipulated they withheld vital information i.e. the person concerned was a bout to go on maternity with no savings or ablilty to pay for the rent and now she is a total nighmare and we can not get her out.....

I was told off by the \"lettings manager\" over the phone when trying to arrange a viewing. Apparently asking them to show you more than 2 properties is too much. I was told that I don\'t know what I want and that they are not going to waste their time on someone like me. This person made me feel like a complete idiot. I heard that estate agents can be ruthless, but I didn\'t expect this kind of attitude at all....

maria, it sounds like you were the lucky one. we are landlords and were taken to the cleaners by the same letting manager. they asked as to go in sign our contracts and our tenants would do the same. they then forged and changed bits in the contract and now we are locked in a years contract awith totally unsuitable tenants who cant even afford the rent. they are greedy pigs....
