I had a very positive experience from Haart Burnham. They have been very helpful and processional in what is the most difficult process of all for my part. Buying a house is so stressful but they have made it easy. I cannot thank enough Marta and the team for their support. Definitely would recommend them....

The worst property agency ever is Haart. Very unprofessional, we went to house viewings and they did not show up, our poor baby was with us. I called Haart Burnham and they liers said to keep waiting someone was coming ( the houses were 5 mins from them) and after still 35 mins no one came! They never called to apologise, I complained to the manager Marion Smith she did not even reply!!! Avoid them !!!...

Worst experience ever!!!!! When I first called i spoke with someone called Ricky, who sounded very bored and from the sound of his voice he seemed like he could not be bothered i was told someone would get back to me regarding a viewing, no one did so i called back and again they said the same thing but no one did get back to me. Haart have never taken issues to do with fixing problems in the properties they rent out seriously, currently I have been without a working fridge/freezer for one week. They consistently say they will get somebody out "today" and it never happens, you just come up against an insurmountable wall of excuses. There is never anybody to blame with Haart, please don\'t use their services, they really are the worst, I hope with all my being that their company folds....

They could have been useful when we had problems, instead they are evasive and unconcerned with individual problems.

Haart in Burnham found a buyer for my property however in the 4 months it was taking to go through they didn\'t keep me up to date with what was really going on behind the scenes. It turned out that after 4 months my buyers were no where near ready to exchange even though I was given the impression from Haart that it wouldn\'t be much longer every couple of weeks. As an investment buyer I viewed a property with Haart back in June 2012 and put in an offer within a few days which was accepted by the vendor. The understanding I had from the estate agent was due to the vendor already missing out on a house he wanted to buy due to not having sold his house. The vendor was advised he should complete the purchase quickly, move out and become a cash buyer. On this basis I paid a mortgage arrangement fee and to date NOTHING. Dreadful experience with Haart Burnham. Kept us hanging on for a property to let right until 2 days before I completed on my property only for them to tell me the rental had fallen through. I knew the deal stank the first day we signed - demands on date to move in being a week earlier than my completion, wanting the money up front, delays in phone calls, never getting back to me when they said they would, kept saying everything would be fine and we would find out the next day and then the next d...

Well, it seems that there was a mistake on the bill. Accidentally overcharged by £24.00 for the part. Spoke to the guy who is supposed to be sorting it out and after I told him about it he claimed he had also spoken to him. (ok). Still no statement or explanation as to why the rent is being paid to us in bits and pieces. On another subject with them, they say debit card payments by the tenant take 4 days to reach their account so they ask them to pay 4 days before it is due. However they t....
