Terrible service from start to finish. Was booked in to view a property, the agent did not turn up. Vendor saw us waiting outside and showed us round herself. The lack of communication was horrendous throughout. My emails were unanswered, phone calls were not returned. When progress was not being made, our requested appointments to meet with the manager were denied. It got to the point that we had to go into the office unannounced to speak to the manager. Even then we were kept waiting for 45 m...

Haart were quick enough to jump in and get the business when I was looking to sell my property, and yes, my property sold very quickly. However. after that, their service levels went down dramatically. I had to chase and chase Haart countless times to find out the progress of my sale. I even rang one day to find out that the person I had been dealing with had left!!!! Had to leave countless phone messages and send countless emails and all were ignored. They also gave out incorrect informati...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have actually answered my phone calls and my messages and actually relayed CORRECT information.
