with Haart the initial fee is not a problem. BUT, Haart’s miscommunication and incompetence and unprofessional duty of care put me under emotional and financial stress. Instead of taking responsibility for their miscommunication, they manipulated the situation!

I totally agree with the above, whatever you do , DO NOT use this agency, unprofessional and dishonest is the right description for them.
