This is a scammy branch dealing with dodgy landlords.
Their property management is utterly useless and wouldn’t trust this branch at all. Avoid if you are a landlord or tenant!

I instructed Haart's of Upper Tooting to market and sell my property on Eswyn Road, the person I met and dealt with was Danielle Reid.
Danielle came across as very knowledgeable and experienced, and I was convinced that Danielle at Haarts was the right agent for me, property was marked and sale agreed above the asking price, the whole service and experience was hassle free and Danielle kept me updated and was quick to respond to issues when they came up. She is a asset to Haarts and I would use them again.

I can't speak highly enough of Shaz for the way he has looked after my parents during their house sale. He has been so respectful to them and kind that it has made all the difference. Sara Byfield helped us purchase our first home in Earlsfield. She was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure that all parties including ourselves as buyers, the property vendors and the solicitors kept to firmly agreed dates throughout the sale, making sure that deadlines were met until completion.
Sara has also shown continued support post-sale whereby anything that we've needed with regards to contacting the ex owner for information, she happily facilitates. We would highly recommend Sara as our property agent and will definitely look to use Sara again on our next property purchase.

I was given a realistic sale price which was almost achieved and the quality and frequency of communication was well above anything I had received from other agents in the area on other properties I had for sale. When there was an issue with the buyer's solicitor asking facile questions, the agent got onto the buyer and the issue was resolved immediately. I requested exchange in 28 days and this was achieved thanks to Haarts working closely with the eventual buyer. I will definitely use the team at Haarts again - their manager Graeme has established a very good team - all credit to them

They try to add extraneous fees under the guise of 'administration'. The administration involved is to change a name or answer their phone; both of which is a challenge for all agents that we have interacted with.

Terrible! The estate agency building looks pleasing, modern, clean - that is the only positive thing I can say about this estate agency. They leave changes of contract to the very last moment and then create a whirlwind of panic trying to meet their unattainable deadlines to complete contracts. We have found it impossible to have a consistent response from them and our landlord has also found this challenging.

Absolutely terrible.
Made several fundamental but vital errors, the biggest of which is only realising two days before moving in that reference checks had not been carried out, despite me specifically asking by email and phone whether we needed to provide anything else, several weeks ago.
They also:
- Gave us the wrong address for the property THREE TIMES, and gave us the right one the day before moving in. So we had to rebook internet installation several times and probably won't have internet for weeks.
- Sent us a contract with the wrong date and address and took two weeks to get back to us about it.
- Booked a check-in time without finding out if we were available and took the same time to get back to us.
- Continued to use the wrong email address even after we corrected them.
Completely unacceptable level of service, DO NOT USE. A five year old could run a letting agent with better organisation and communication than these guys. And they aren't even cheap!
