Do not use this Agent in Thornton Heath!! I requested to sign up with the sutton branch and only found out at least a month into contract that I was actually dealing with TH branch due to Covid but was never told this. Danny sold me a pack of lies and then both him and Kristine ignored my calls and emails for moths on end so I could not sell my properly let alone cancel my contract. After months of battling with being ignored by the these 2 as well as never having my calls returned from head office or the formal complaints office I attempted to get my keys back which they had for my property. It took a friend to walk into the branch to ask for them and got given them straight away without my permission- this could have been anyone!! The branch is an absolute joke and the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I wanted to say million thank you to one special and professional person :Mohammed Adan. I have recently purchased my property on the 06/11/2020 and I have to say that without Mo s help I wouldn't have never done it. Mo has worked all the way thorough with me from day one till the end of the process and beyond. He has been in contact with me , seller and every single person needed to conclude this purchase for me. I have bought a beautiful 1 bedroom flat and i m over the moon. Mo has showed me so many but i decided on this and he has made my dream come true by helping me and suggesting me this property. I was very pleased with Mo and the team's service in selling my property, despite lockdown. I had Danny Grey Senior Branch Manager from Haart Thornton Heath round to value property for me on Thursday 25/7/19 Firstly we received a call to say he would be late, 5min before he should have arrived. So he turns up sits down give me all the talk of how quick he could sell the property & that he had a 3-bed open day in the area on Saturday 27/7/19 & could get 13 QUALIFIED VIEWINGS ON THIS DAY ALONE! As you can imagine I WAS quite impressed with this we discussed the cost of selling the said property & instructed Haart to sell the property Now I'm under no illusions that he would have sold it by the Monday! I arrange for him to meet at the property on the 26/7/19 to take photos & Give him a set of keys which at this point he tells me he has NOW GOT 17 PEOPLE TO VIEW THIS HOUSE ON SATURDAY & is it ok to do another viewing on the Friday by now I'm blown away. He tells me that I will get a call on Monday to give me the feedback. Unbeknown to Mr. Danny Grey I have my 70-year-old auntie living two doors away & she may be 70 but her nickname is Miss Marple she KNOWS EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THIS LITTLE CUL-DE-SAC SHE SITS IN HER CHAIR ALL DAY JUST WATCHING WHAT GOES ON. SO SATURDAY arrives & if I get one phone call I must have had 17 phone calls from Miss Marple ( I THINK SHE MUST HAVE WORKED FOR MI5 AT SOME POINT IN HER LIFE ) telling me not one yes not one person has viewed that house! to my amazement! So Monday I call Mr Grey to get an explanation to have him tell me that there were viewings on Saturday & that he would call me later with the said feedback. I left it until 5pm & called back to be told he was with clients & would call back he eventually called at 6.30pm to inform me there were only 6 viewings the other 10 were no shows! but didn't have any feedback as yet! & would call me at 10am today I knew by this time the words from his mouth were just blatant lies because there is also a Security camera at the said property ( JUST INCASE MISS MARPLE MISSED SOMETHING :-) So I get a phone to call this morning & now after informing him of Miss Marple he tells me that all those SEVENTEEN YES SEVENTEEN viewings cancelled because of wait for it THE WEATHER. Once he was found out he started getting rude to me so I just hung the phone up went down to the office & collected the keys In my opinion, this man has no morales & just tells people lies avoid this company at all costs.

My wife's aunt was moving from her house she had lived in for over 50 years to be closer to her family in Gloucestershire. So we picked 3 agents to come round and valve the property and out of all 3 Haart and especially Matt was far the best and was extremely professional, polite, thoughtful about my wife's aunt situation and most importantly he was realistic in his approach and valuation and passionate about the service Haart could offer us and gave as a lot of good advice. So the property went on the market at the agreed price and with in 2 weeks we had numerous offers eventually agreeing a price in just under 2 weeks over the asking price which is excellent news for my wife's aunt. Still early days on the sell but fingers crossed all goes well. I appreciate Matt has a dedicated team behind him which helped with the sell so a big thank you to them as well.
