My experience dealing with Lynna Proctor from the Property Management was amazing! She is very professional at her work, patience, honest, organised and always ready to help.
She guide you in how to deal with difficult situations regarding tenants. She try to look at problems from different angles trying to be fair resolving matters.
Whenever I called, she was there to help and listen to you coming with the right answers. I think most Estate Agents should have people like her. Thank you Lynna for all your help.

Then I chose full management and I so I appreciate Holly Uddin's effectiveness and efficiency in dealing with all areas of my house rental. Being a landlady can be demanding but with Holly ensuring all is on time and completed properly there was little to worry about. Thank you Holly for all your hard work, care and professionalism. You really are amazing at everything you do. Thank you. I would recommend you without reservation.

Haart Estate made so many mistakes through the selling and purchasing my new property I would say they are the estate agents from HELL, from advice given when nearly ending up with me severing the sale of my property to the purchase of my new home . at times I thought I was going end up with no home living on the street and what's more they recommended a conveyancing company who also made many mistakes of which they both require full payment still and have the attitude of blaming the other one, I now would never and I mean never recommend or have any dealing with Haart or Spicehaart or recommend them to anyone be warned

i have rented propert through HAART for 2 and half year, they are very expensive and charge for every small letter or change in contract, after we paid 140 pound for renewal of contract they sent us a letter in 2 months to leave the propert as land lord want to sell it.
when we left the property it was in perfect condition just bit wear and tear, land lord said everything is ok with property and we will get out deposit in next few days. when i did not hear from HAART anything back i called them and asked for my deposit they told me then to send them email asking for deposit and which account to transfer, few more days past i asked them where is my deposit they then informed me land lord had asked for 600 pound deduction due to some issues unknow.
over all very bad management and rude staff very disappointed
