I have detailed 2 members of staff, but to be honest everyone who works at the Gidea Park Haart office are all very friendly and helpful. These 2 ladies in particular helped with the various hiccups encountered. From negotiating the price that we wanted to achieve for our home, dealing with our not so great solicitor, dealing with the buyer's not so great solicitor, and then one of the worst case scenario's - not completing on the day that we all thought it would complete. Everyday we were kept updated. The excellent communication saved a lot of time, worry and stress (something that you NEED when doing one of the most stressful things in life!). As a side note, during the time it has taken to sell our house, one of the ladies got married and the other lady sadly lost her mum. Even with those 2 personal major events in their own lives, their time out of the office was covered by the great team that they clearly have in place.
