We are attempting to sell our property with Haart Monmouth. Poor communication. Difficult to get hold of on phone ( not sure how people book viewings??). Poor levels of in branch staffing following the lockdown. Messages passed on from the concierge telephone number are ignored or not forwarded.... Read Full Review
We are attempting to sell our property with Haart Monmouth. Poor communication. Difficult to get hold of on phone ( not sure how people book viewings??). Poor levels of in branch staffing following the lockdown. Messages passed on from the concierge telephone number are ignored or not forwarded. Failed to put house onto the internet for 3 months having signed the paperwork. Branch manager doesn't return calls. Expensive when compared to others locally. Prepare to spell check your advertisements once they are online. Need I say anymore?

I'd like to start by saying it's hard to choose one member of staff at this branch, they are all amazing. Both Abbie and Gemma ( our main contacts) have been outstanding. The whole team are polite, efficient, accommodating, trustworthy and dependable. They communicate really well, were supportive throughout the ups and downs of selling our home.
