Hear agency I would highly recommend to everyone. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended them to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Haart agency.

The words selfish and greedy come to mind… Appalling communication. Deliberately avoiding us! which has put us in a position of losing money, wasted time and due to the ignorance and incompetence of Ashneet, Steve and Nadine we have now potentially lost out on the home we was purchasing.
Myself and my family are absolutely devastated. I wish I read the reviews here before we went to them. Please do not trust these people.

What I particularly was impressed with, was the fact that no matter how many times I called her she was always willing to help and had a very friendly demeanor. I cannot recommend Nadine highly enough and believe that the success of the heart Hayes branch is largely due to her cells progression management skills.

I have not dealt with many estate agents in my life however Haart Hayes certainly has set a 0/0 expectation for me. I had secured a apartment by paying a holding deposit while they were suppose to go through my reference check. I had successfully passed the reference check within a few days. This was 27th of June 2019.
Since passing the reference checks - I have had 0 contact directly from my Haart's letting agent Ewa, whom I had to chase at least 5 times before getting a response. We finally set a move in date for the 16th of July and on the 15th of July after again no contact in between and having to chase Haart Hayes, I received a text message apologising and that they need to push back move in date by a week due to the landlord of the property being on holiday.
I advised Haart Hayes, Ewa in particular that I have bought furniture and that I need a firm confirmation of move in date so that I can coordinate my life accordingly. She confirmed and had changed the move in date on the online portal that they use. Now the move in date was set for the 23rd of July. It's the 22nd of July 2019 and nothing has been arranged, the online portal details haven't been updated and nor has a tenancy agreement been uploaded. What surprises me even more is that no full payment for deposit and one months rent in advance have been requested.
Today, I have been chasing Haart Hayes for details on where to pay and where to sign the tenancy without any luck. NOT ONCE WAS MY CALL ANSWERED. I had to go to the office to speak to a person and he advised me three different things; to start of with Ewa was with a client, then he said Ewa was off sick and in the end he told me she no longer works for the company!!!!!!!!!!! No out of office email either from EWA.
I finally got hold of someone said he was the branch manager called Ashish. He was very rude over the telephone and didn't even want to listen to my concerns (I was heated and frustrated at this stage). He told me Ewa was off sick and that he would look into things. When he asked me for the property details he told me that the property was SOLD by the landlord. WTF????????
Since he's sent me an email in which he explains that the property hasn't been sold yet but that the landlord wants to wait a few weeks to get an offer before renting the property out. Asking me to wait a further few weeks for this. Absolutely unacceptable - don't they understand that they have wasted a months of my life? I could've had another place to live in.
To say the least I am so disappointed as I expected a high street estate agency as Haart to be more professional. I will not use their services ever again and I recommend you don't either - don't trust a word that comes out of their mouths!!!!

I have been dealing with this branch for around 16yrs now for numerous projects through out the years, buying and selling houses. I must say they have and always deal with your business in the most upmost professionalism and promptness. The branch manager is exceptionally friendly in his approach and he and his team are always aiming to be as helpful as possible in finding the perfect property for you. I would highly recommend this branch and having dealt with them as mentioned on many occasions, i know i can trust my sale/purchase to be finalised in the smooth possible way. They've a great team and Nadine and Emilio are always very knowledgeable and elevate any stress when its comes to all the paper work and viewings. Ary who's arranged various mortgages for myself again is a key player in this branch and always exceeds himself, between him and Jas they alway manage to get the most desirable price for my sales and purchases. They go above and beyond and never give up in ensuring the customer is totally satisfied. This service is preformed in a seamless step by step process and i always send recommendations their way. From a very satisfied customer Haart are second to none!

I moved out of the property on the 4th August. I was told I will receive my deposit in 5 working days. It's 8 days now . My landlady intervened. I now have incurred charges on all my outstanding bills as I was waiting on the deposit to pay them. Absolutely useless company. Will never use them or recommend them. Totally dissatisfied. I am making a formal complaint as well.

When they upload on internet for seller sake. , and any customer try to know about the property they says it's already sold, how they can sold the property overnight, they were showing useless properties for 2 months . I call every third day for viewing , but suddenly whenever I see good property they says it's just came in the market we didn't get time to upload on internet , and it's now gone , they lie to seller as well.
