Very poor experience with this office. Poor service stemming from poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! I recently used Haart to sell my current property and purchase another property... Unfortunately I initially decided to go multi-agent and used a second well known unnamable estate agent, Haart were in a different league all together and outshone the second agent a million to one... What agent could do to change your mind?
Before we used Haart we assumed their service would be costly in comparison to smaller local agencies, I would defiantly say you get what you pay for and I would have been happy to pay more for the service I received, regardless of price defiantly value for money!
