Disgraceful!! I want to share our experience with Haart agency based in Grays. Soon after lockdown, in July when things were starting to get back to normal I received a call from an agent in London regarding the property we where living at since 2015. We always paid on time, not once did we bother them to inform them about the washing machine breaking down nor did we contact them for other repairs. I work in maintenance and done whatever needed to be done, hoping we will continue to renew the contact for another 2 years. Anyway, the agent was saying the landlord decided to sell the house and by the end of October we should evacuate. I only just returned to work, my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time. Soon after that, we received more and more calls, from the Grays office and other agencies, the landlord, which is a priest in Langdon Hills was intending to bring the possible buyers to see the house or take pictures. It was the most stressful time of my life. We couldn't move earlier as we've been told we are breaching the terms. Our daughter was born asleep. A week after we buried her, we gave the keys to the agent. And to make matters worse, this whole time, not once have we been asked if we found a place. No support at all. Even after that, the landlord contacted us to collect some post but actually he wanted to find out where the water meter was.
