Worst company to deal with, they will take all your details and not get back to you
We wanted to buy a flat first time we made an offer heard nothing back from them when I called them they said oh sorry it’s sold we forgot to call you back
Second time we found another place, made an offer and they wanted all our details including mortgage and deposit details and as soon as we send that we call them, they said sorry sold again without even putting our offer forward, when we ask why? They make up lies
They are not a trustworthy company, and by far the worst agency in Dartford

also, their terms and conditions are so bad that, landlords will be frustrated to sell the property to get rid of this agency.
IF ANY LANDLORD KEEP THEIR PROPERTY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
I DONT KNOW THE PAIN OF TENANTS TERMS WITH AGENCY.
