Never buy a property sold by haart if you are registered as a buyer with them. They will push you to make offers they want. They play tricks. Their broker does not tell you the amount of extra money you need for paperwork. Took my card details on first meeting to conduct survey but charged £500 their own fee straight without informing me. They will make you fool if you are first time buyers. They dont not understand your circumstances and Force you to buy something you view with them.

Not happy with my purchase, as they misguided us for the sake of their business.
They sell properties without advertising and they let sellers pull out for the sake of extra profit. Terrible experience with Chadwell Heath branch and their broker. Lost £500 for survey and seller pulled out and they for the second one they made our life hell by calling everyday and did not let us think.

Comments (1)I am very happy with the service I rececived from both Jay at the Stratford Branch and Team and also Kelly from the Chadwell Heath branch, both had kept me informed on a weekly basis to insure i was aware of what was going on and received feed back on the progress when I had viewings, the viewings were conveninent when I was available. The sale of the house progress was quick and less stressfull. I have recomended a few people due to the quick and great professional service.
