I will be recommending Haarts to anyone who wishes to sell their home. We cold not have had a better service anywhere. Staff were always helpful and polite, they always informed us what was happening and sold our house in 3 days. Before selling we had numerous people viewing right from day one of us asking them to sell our house. Micky was our first contact then Steve and Dave, but if you called the office whoever picked the telephone up was always helpful and knew what was happening with our property. All in all an excellent experience with a very good Agency.

I can not thank the staff at Haart for their fantastic service throughout the sale of my property. Not only were the staff polite, respectful, friendly and informative. They contacted me and kept me informed of developments through every step of placing my property on the market to exchanging contracts to the end sale. They were always friendly and cheerful even when there was a hiccup and reassured me that it would be sorted. True to their word it was within hours. I would highly recommend Haart at Basildon to everyone I know, they made the selling my property enjoyable and stress free. A fantastic service all round. Every member of Staff at Haart Basildon went above and beyond to assist my sale, I can not thank them enough for everything they have done for me. Truly a fantastic team of experts.
