What agent could do to change your mind?
I think the fees are very comparable with other agents ( perhaps a little better than some). Not as cheap as these new internet estate agents, BUT Haart put a lot more work and effort into selling your property which the cheapest ones simply do not do. Better to invest in a quality estate agent such as Haart.

I am very pleased indeed with Darren Harrington and Kenneth (his associate). They have both afforded me first class service. These staff are always extremely courteous, seem to have boundless enthusiasm, and definately put a great deal of effort into selling ones property. I am filled with confidence that they will succeed in selling my property. Darren also took on board any concerns I had and dealt with them promptly. I would definately recommend Haart to everyone. I have been so far very pleased with the service offered, especially as it is all free at the point of contact. Darren and Kenneth are very good salesman and very personable in their approach. You feel you can certainly trust them in getting your property sold.
