In a challenging time to sell the Team at Minehead managed to locate 3 potential buyers including a cash buyer. They were very good at keeping us updated and were able to negotiate with the eventual purchaser the minimum price we needed in order to purchase the property we wanted. Throughout the whole process they ensured that you were aware of all the alternative options available to us. We recently purchased a house through Caroline Ferris at the Minehead office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, after pulling out of a different property listed with them. Caroline kept in touch and suggested potential properties, being proactive but sensitive to our circumstances and timeframes. Each time we visited the property, she let us have plenty of time to look around and get a feel for the place, even offering to meet us on her day off. While Caroline was clear that she was working for the seller, we felt very well supported and guided by her. She helped with local recommendations and kept in touch to keep momentum moving on the purchase. There were a number of people in the chain, and Caroline was very helpful in trying the help sort out issues and make sure that the purchase went ahead, keeping us in the loop at every stage. I haven’t met another agent who is as proactive and helpful, and genuinely caring about the people involved. Thank you for helping during what is a difficult and stressful process! Katie Jo, who works in the Minehead office, was also very helpful.

I feel I was very fortunate to select Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Minehead when Selling my home. Caroline Ferris was the person with whom I had the most and main contact and I found her reliable, efficient and accessible at what can be a stressful and difficult time. Caroline made helpful suggestions regarding how to present my property to best advantage and what to do about part of it which needed 'clearing'. When my first buyer wanted to adjust the asking price Caroline was firm and clear about my options and clarified very helpful the course of action I might need to take. I feel I needed a fair amount of support and reassurance during the process to successful sale and I felt that it was never a problem to contact her and touch base with where and how things were. I felt she was exceptional and professional and I am hugely appreciative of the service she provided on behalf of Greenslade Taylor Hunt in Minehead.
