Pam has responded to my compliant with regards to Griffin telling lies. She continues to lie as there is no section 20 in place at all. Griffin sent the first part of the section 20 and never followed it up with quotes. They take money from previous residents that left in the service charge account to go towards the agreed major works that never happened....
