Be wary, as they do not give you full disclosure on a rental, such as in my case, no broadband and no phone signal, by any supplier.

Very reasonable at the outset. A flexible approach to the final fee throughout the transaction to compensate for late price reduction and a chain that dictated several completion dates put forward and long awaited exchange with related increase in legals and disbursements.
