It was so refreshing to have an agent with some enthusiasm and personality. Craig was excellent at keeping us informed of any potential properties, he made a huge effort to rearrange things so that we could see the properties right away. Even though in the end we found a flat somewhere else I wish it has been through him. Also their agency fees are alot more reasonable then most other companies out there. Marc was very negative, and attempted to pressure me to take a property I did not like. He claimed that my price range was not possible, etc., but I then got a property well within my budget....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have been nicer to deal with and less negative, and more interested in my requirements.
