Do not land yourself with a leaking, mould ridden property from Grant Property.
Why they will not do anything to repair their properties is incredulous as it just leads to further damage and escalating repair costs, and, dissatisfied tenants?

The worst lettings agents in the universe.
They demonstrate a history of persistent lies and leave tenants in poor living conditions. They dont care if you have genuine concerns and just shirk off their legal responsibilities.
