The problems that we faced seemed endless but each time, and to our relief, Jack just kept stepping up helping out, patiently dispensing expertise and phone calls on our behalf (over the course of about 6 months I think). A real credit to Gascoigne-Pees and estate agents in general. Cheers

Ian, Jordan and Kate sold our property not once, but three times! I selected GP (Gasgoine Pees), Godalming based on their high level of experience in the local area. I was also looking for an agent that was aspirational to sell my property that needed modernising but had huge potential.
From start to finish the sale was seamless, even when challenges were thrown at us. Always having our needs at the centre, the property had several offers and sale agreed within 8 weeks.
In opinion the service post 'sale agreed' is of equal importance and GP excelled again ensuring the sale completed.

I found myself in an extremely difficult situation when trying to sell my deceased mother's house. Ian Ely-Corbett was absolutely amazing, willing to go over and above from the very first phone call.
