Fees were in accordance with the quotation he gave us.1.25% plus VAT, but for the stress he carried on our behalf and the amount of extra work he personally undertook, he deserved far more !

1) We cannot give someone notice part way through a fixed term. Legally notice can only be served two months before the end of the AST.
2) We don't have a property rented out for £880 in that area
3) The contracts are as clear as day and you are given them to read and sign to say you have understood.
4) I would ask for proof of your tenancy agreement and deposit being cut by 30%. What was the full property address ? ...
