Dear GG,
I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. Unfortunately, the fast-paced nature of lettings means that offers can be approved and properties taken off the market at short notice.
We do however apologise for any inconvenience caused and for your time wasted travelling to view the property. We pride ourselves in our customer service and would not cancel a viewing last minute under any other circumstance.
