I have gone to other agents and their fees are extremely high in comparison to Glenn Flegg & Company. Glenn Flegg & Company is also very fair with their holding fees, as it is used as part payment for the property of your choice that you will be renting from them. Some agent states that holding fees are theirs and it is non refundable even if you find a suitable property through them. This is not the case with Glenn Flegg & Company.
