Despite experiencing some frustrations during the sale of our property the end result made the 7 months timeline worthwhile. There was a changeover of staff in the office part way through our conveyancing which left us chasing around for updates but I have to say Rosie was an absolute star and soon got things back on track. George at Gibbs was fantastic. Firstly they matched another agents rates for the sale with no quibbling at all. The open day was arranged quickly and managed well, and we'd sold the property within a couple days of the viewings.
