What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees always seem a little shocking with dreaded VAT added but 1% commission compared favourably to other local agents.

We bought a property via the Whaley Bridge office and would say that we found the whole process to be very informed and timely - we viewed the house at 11am, and by 11:15am we were told our offer had been accepted. Whaley were able to keep in contact with us throughout the purchase, and were able to point us in the direction of a very good surveyor and a competent set of conveyancers. Would definitely recommend and use again.

For a variety of reasons it was a difficult property to market in the prevailing circumstances. Throughout this period all
(female) staff members were exceptionally supportive and helpful, always available for advice and assistance., never
allowing depression to set in. I would certainly commend them to any enquirers in the future.

This meeting was very positive, friendly and certainly made us feel happy and confident to use this estate agent rather than either of two others we had contacted.
Throughout the whole process of selling the property our dealings with the office, via Sue Mellor, were efficient, speedy and yet friendly. She gave us advice when requested and at no time did we have any negative feelings towards the estate agent. The process came to a final conclusion when the final stage if completion was made and the new owner took ownership.

Lorraine and Sue provided a very professional service throughout the process. The advice given prior to and during the sale of our house was timely and sound. They were always polite and courteous and worked incredibly hard to sell our house, it sold very quickly. We were given links to conveyancing lawyers called simply conveyancing and after spending a long time on the internet comparing prices they proved to be an excellent choice, it was a swift and painless process I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.
