We used Gascoigne Halman Holmes Chapel in Cheshire to sell our house. Stephanie Leech, The Manager, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in giving us advice and guidance on selling our house. They were quick and efficient arranging for photos to be taken of our house and putting our house up for sale via the internet. The photos were lovely and professional and the details were accurate.
Although we didn't buy another house through Gascoigne Halman we were still registered as buyers and at all times were kept informed of any new properties that were coming on the market and arrangements promptly made for us to view properties.
Sarah Lawrence was fantastic in keeping in touch at all times, informing us of the progression of our sale and giving advice when needed.
We have had a great experience with Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and will return as a future customer should we decide to sell and buy again! Big thank you to all their team.

We have recently purchased a property through Gascoigne Halman. Reid first showed us the property and we were impressed by him.
We then dealt with Sarah at the office and she is truly the most efficient agent I have ever dealt with and we have moved several times over the years.
Sarah follows the purchase all the way to the end of the line and she was the only agent in our chain doing that.
I have only spoken to Stephanie on the phone but she was always polite and helpful.
I would not hesitate to recommend his office if you are selling or purchasing a property.

From the initial meeting through to completion of the sale of our home, they have been totally professional, friendly and helpful. They kept us fully informed at each stage of the process and handled the sale negotiation extremely efficiently. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years, we have no hesitation in placing them at the top of the tree and would definitely say that they have certainly contributed to changing our somewhat jaundiced opinion of estate agents generally.

We recently used the Holmes chapel branch of Gascoigne Halman to sell our property ,we had another agent around first but as soon as Stephenie came around to value the property and discuss the best way to get the house sold there was only one agent we were going to put it up for sale with .
Her professional freindly approach was very refreshing , and once the property went on the market I just handed them the key let them do all the viewings sat back and waited for an offer .
8 weeks later we had an offer 6 weeks after that the sale had gone through ,all in all they were fantastic ,so a big thankyou to Stephenie ,Sarah (who kept us well informed all the way through the sale process ) Ried and Pauline .
We will definitely recommend you

I am so glad that I made the correct choice and found both Sarah, whom I spoke to mostly after the initial meeting with Stephanie, very helpful with some of the difficulties we experienced with the sale being a probate sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gascoigne Halman to anyone and I thank the Holmes Chapel office for going above and beyond the call of duty. Sold house in 2 days - a good and realistic valuation.

Selling our house proved to be more difficult than we were expecting. We encountered several problems along the way, including one sale that fell through. I cannot praise the staff of the Holmes Chapel office highly enough for the efficient manner in which they marketed our property, carried out viewings and provided feedback. At no stage did I have to chase them for any of these, which has never been my experience of estate agents before. I think Stephanie and Sarah have got just the right balance of being friendly and approachable, but also extremely professional. I would particularly like to thank Sarah for all her hard work in chasing solicitors etc. after we had accepted an offer to keep the process moving along - she was an absolute star! I would highly recommend the Holmes Chapel office for selling your property.

I have just sold a property using Gascoine Halman as the Estate Agent. I mainly communicated with Stephanie Leech the Branch Manager. Stephanie was key to the communications between buyer, seller and solicitors. Without her professionalism and experience I doubt that the sale of the property would have been completed in the time that it did. I'm sure it would have been weeks later. I do hope that Gascoince Halman give her the recognition that she deserves and value her as an excellent member of their staff! I also communicated with the other members of staff in the Holmes Chapel branch and always found them to be professional, knowledgeable and polite as I did Stephanie. We are considering moving within the next few years and hope that we recieve the same service from Gascoine Halman staff once again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gascoince Halman and feel that they are the best estate agents in Holmes Chapel.
